Once dispatched, our shipping partners typically deliver within 10-20 business days. While we understand this may seem longer than desired, please keep in mind that we offer free shipping, and this timeframe reflects the best service available to us. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to deliver the highest quality products to you.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

MyCutePlushie is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. While free shipping orders may occasionally lack tracking, rest assured we make every effort to ensure tracking is available. We strive to provide tracking for all shipments, ensuring you can monitor your order's journey every step of the way.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
